5. PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING ACCESS TO RECORDS

In terms of PAIA, individuals may request access to certain records held by Argon Digital. Requests must:

• Be made in writing via email to stefan@argondigital.co.za
• Clearly indicate the records being requested
• Include proof of identity, where necessary

Fees: No fees are charged for accessing records.

6. RECORDS AVAILABLE WITHOUT A PAIA REQUEST

At present, Argon Digital does not make any records publicly available without a formal PAIA request.

7. LEGISLATION APPLICABLE TO ARGON DIGITAL

Argon Digital operates in compliance with the following legislation:

• Companies Act, 2008
• Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013
• Income Tax Act, 1962
• Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002

8. GROUNDS FOR REFUSING ACCESS TO RECORDS

Argon Digital reserves the right to deny access to requested records in accordance with PAIA if:

• The requester fails to provide sufficient proof of identity or proof of association with the person/business for which the information is being requested.
• The requested information compromises third-party confidentiality or business-sensitive data as outlined under PAIA exemptions.

9. PAIA REQUEST FORM

Requests for access to records must be submitted in writing to the information officer.
